Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of the box, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
